• refine body management concepts and skills.
• improve manipulative skills (catching and throwing).
• participate in games of higher organization.
• compete in 5th grade interclass track and field day.
• introduce lifetime leisure sports (i.e., racquetball and tennis).
• practice coordinated rhythmic movement using ropes, hoops, and dance equipment.
