School Health Services
School Health Services nurses promote the health, safety and academic success of each student in Framingham Public Schools through the provision of high quality professional nursing services in every school.
Health Services include:

| • | Illness and injury assessment |
| • | First Aid |
| • | Medication administration during the school day |
| • | Chronic condition management |
| • | Hearing, vision, and postural screening and follow-up |
| • | Cumulative health record, including immunizations |
| • | Health evaluations for special education services |
| • | Health/wellness education |
| • | Collaboration with local, regional, and statewide health agencies and initiatives |
| • | Assistance with health insurance for children and families |
| • | Referrals and help to access medical care |
