PEL Registration

HOW TO REGISTER NEWLY INVITED STUDENTS ENTERING THE PARTNERSHIPS  
FOR EARLY LEARNERS - PEL – FALL 2025


The enrollment process for the Framingham Public Schools PreSchool Program is conducted online and is by invitation only.
 

PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO START THE REGISTRATION PROCESS 

STEP 1

SCHEDULE YOUR PHONE APPOINTMENT
Please allow enough time to gather all the required documents for registration (listed below) before scheduling your appointment. 


 

  • Schedule your phone appointment using our online scheduler system. (Link at the end of this page  (Orange block)
     
  • Please choose “FALL 2025 – PEL Preschool “  box type and choose the best date and time for you.
     
  • After scheduling your phone appointment, you will receive a text message and email with the link to our Registration Gateway Portal, where you can complete pre-registration and upload the required documents. 

STEP 2

COMPLETE THE ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION APPLICATION AND UPLOAD THE DOCUMENTS
 


 

  •  Log in if you already have an account, or create one using a valid email address and password. Once the account is created, you will enter your contact information and add any number of students to it.
     
  • You can upload the required documents for registration on this platform, or you can save your work and log back in to upload the documents later.

STEP 3

PHONE CALL APPOINTMENT
WITH GUARDIAN(S)

 


 

  • At the time chosen (STEP 1), you will receive a phone call from one of our registrars to discuss the next steps necessary to complete your child's registration.
     
  • We will verify the documents submitted electronically during the phone appointment. 
     
  • The student enrollment is incomplete until the Department of Student Registration staff has validated all documents required to complete registration.

Required Documents
Failure to provide these documents at the registration appointment will delay your student(s) enrollment.  Homeless families are encouraged but not required to provide these documents.
 


 

  1. Birth Certificate (long form birth certificate only) - please, no passports or hospital-given certificates.

  2. NEW – A student's photograph  – for identification purposes at the new school —should show the student's face with their eyes open.

  3. Parent ID (valid driver's license or passport)

  4. Lease (1st and last page) or Current Mortgage Statement dated within the past 30 days or most recent property tax bill

  5. Utility Bill: Gas, electricity, water, cable/internet dated within the past 30 days

  6. Immunizations/Physical Exam dated within the last 12 months – must have Lead test results

  7. If applicable, Individual Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan - If a child receives Special Education Services

  8. If applicable, Proof of guardianship/custody - If a child is not living with one or both parents or guardians

  9. If applicable, If you are living with a friend or family, please fill out the Printable Form - Residency Affidavit Form

  10. Please take a moment to fill out the following Online Health Form for the school nurse: School Nurse Questionnaire and Health Forms
