The Framingham Public Schools (FPS) and all of us within it, represent a learning organization that is committed to improving our practices and assuring students they are valued, loved, and celebrated. The vision of FPS is to be a place of belonging, where our students, their families, and our staff have voice, participation, and agency. Indeed, we aspire to embrace differences and inspire futures!

Calling Framingham Home

Framingham has become a destination city that many of us love to call home - either because we live here, work here, and in many cases we live and work here! In our melting pot of a community, you will find a mixture of cultures and languages, which also inspires a variety of restaurants offering cuisines from around the world. This is just one thing that makes our city unique and a fun place to grow and explore.

Large and small businesses have also chosen to call Framingham home. Whether you’re driving down Route 9 or through our revitalized downtown area, you will find both long-standing and new retail and service-based businesses that meet all of your needs. 

Located between Worcester and Boston, if Framingham doesn’t have the amenities you are looking for,  it is only a short drive away or a quick ride on the MTA public transportation system. The city of Framingham has the ability to feel like a city, suburb, or rural living location -  all you have to do is drive a few miles down the road.
