Early Childhood Alliance of Framingham (ECAF) playgroups bring parents, caregivers, and children together to learn through play. Led by experienced facilitators, our sessions combine music, movement, and interactive activities to strengthen social-emotional development and build key school readiness skills.

Our playgroups offer a warm, vibrant space where parents, caregivers, and children can connect, play, and thrive together.. In addition to our weekly Play, Learn & Grow Together groups, we host special sessions throughout the year, including Yoga, Read with Me, and Baby Talk. All ECAF playgroups are free, inclusive, and open to siblings.
