Background Check (CORI Form)
Welcome to Framingham Public Schools! To ensure the safety and security of all students and staff, all volunteers, family members, chaperones, vendors, and visitors MUST complete a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) background check before accessing our facilities or participating in school activities.
Why is the CORI Check Important?
The safety of our school community is our top priority. Conducting CORI checks allows Framingham Public Schools to screen individuals who interact with our students, ensuring a secure and supportive environment in all our buildings, events, and field trips.
How to Complete Your CORI Check
Please follow these three simple steps to complete your background check:
- Fill out the form below: Complete all required fields on the online form (or scan the QR code using your phone).
- Verify your ID in person: Once the form is submitted, visit your chosen school or location main office to present a valid photo ID.
- Wait for processing: After your ID is verified in person, please wait for your CORI background check to be fully processed and approved before accessing our facilities.
