Framingham is conveniently located between Worcester and Boston; near major highways and on the commuter line; has a walkable downtown area with a variety of small businesses; a robust selection of shopping and restaurant options; a great system of parks, playgrounds, and walking areas; offers local farms for seasonal attractions; a historic centre with access to art and well, history; and is home to Framingham State University and Mass Bay Community College, Framingham Union Hospital - MetroWest Medical Center, The Learning Center for the Deaf, and other incredible institutions.

With access to culture, parks, and recreation, Framingham serves it's diverse residents with so much to do and see. The contents of these pages only scratch the surface of our community - but the hope is that we gather helpful resources and links to community partner organizations who help to improve or enhance the quality of life for our residents including our students and families.
