To request transportation, please follow the steps below:
STEP 1: SIGN INTO ASPEN/X2 STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
If this is your first time accessing Aspen X2, your login ID is your student’s 6-digit LASID and the default password of your student’s birthday as YYYYMMDD. If you have accessed X2 for other information, you will use your student’s LASID and existing password.
STEP 2: COMPLETE THE TRANSPORTATION REQUEST FORM
Carefully review the address and email on the form. This information will be used to assign a bus and to send confirmation and notification emails.
STEP 3: CONFIRMATION EMAIL
You will receive a confirmation email at the primary contact email address on record for your student’s school, as indicated on the Transportation Request form. If required, attach the confirmation email to your payment.
STEP 4: MAKE A PAYMENT
Students in grades K-6 who live within 2 miles of their designated school, as well as all students in grades 7-12, must pay a bus fee of $250 per child, with a maximum of $500 per family. The deadline for bus fee payment is July 31, 2024. Online payments are accepted via credit/debit cards and eChecks.
CLICK HERE TO PAYPlease make checks or money orders payable to the City of Framingham and send them to the Transportation Department, 19 Flagg Dr., Framingham, MA 01702. Cash payments are not allowed. Students eligible for a fee waiver will have the bus fee waived.
STEP 5: EMAIL NOTIFICATION
In late August, the student’s bus information will be sent to the primary contact email address on record at the school, as indicated on the Transportation Request form

What is my student's password?
The Aspen X2 Login ID is a student's six-digit student ID (LASID). If this is the first time you are logging in, your default password is the students birthday in the format YYYYMMDD.
Where can I find my student’s LASID number?
I’ve signed into Aspen X2 and changed my password, but now I forget what my password is.
You can call 508-782-6928 between 10:00 am – 2:00 pm Monday through Friday to reset your password. If your student is in grades 6-11, once the password is reset, we highly encourage you to set up security questions so they can utilize the self-service password reset option in the future. ]
