CIVIL RIGHTS AND TITLE IX COMMITMENT

The Framingham Public Schools is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive environment free from discrimination, harassment, or retaliation based on characteristics such as race, gender, disability, and sexual orientation. Harassment in any form, including sexual harassment, is strictly prohibited among all individuals within the school community, including administrators, students, and vendors. Retaliation against anyone who reports harassment or participates in investigations is unlawful and will not be tolerated. Those found engaging in harassment, discrimination, or retaliation may face disciplinary actions, including reprimand, suspension, or expulsion, as determined by the school administration.
